31: Annual Free health programme which includes Eye-screening with provision of eyeglasses, cervical breast cancer, HIV, Hypertension, Diabetics for over 15,000 person in all
32: Facilitation of Obalende transformation initiative which includes; Reconstruction of drains, de-sitting of canals, rehabilitation, beautification of Obalende roundabout, construction of roads and establishment of modern transportationo hub
